      <image:title>Bio - Ali is a NYC based dancer who holds certifications from Gramercy Pilates School-NYC for Mat Pilates and Comprehensive Equipment, National Pilates Certification Program, and ACE Group Fitness program. She has also obtained her Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist Certification through Core Athletica®’s Knocked Up Fitness Program in 2021. Pilates has assisted Ali in her rehabilitation process after a Meniscus repair and has helped her rebuild the strength and flexibility that she lost. Alison believes that Pilates is not only a way to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body, but also an excellent form of exercise that provides injury prevention and rehabilitation for the body. Curious by nature, Ali is driven to continue learning and growing in the area of fitness, wellness, and the mind-body connection. She is motivated to help her students achieve a healthy body, reach their personal goals, and attain the incredible benefits that Pilates provides!
